Breakfast for work-study students

At DECAYEUX STI GROUPE, we are committed to supporting our work-study students from the moment they arrive.
The welcome breakfast gives them an opportunity to meet each other, learn more about the company, its values, and its organization, while discussing their backgrounds and assignments.

Spread across various departments (Production, Administration, Sales, IT, Human Resources, etc.), some of them would not have had the opportunity to meet without this special event.
This gathering encourages discussion, creates bonds, and establishes a collective dynamic from the very beginning of their journey.

The morning concludes with a friendly breakfast, conducive to informal discussions and mutual discovery.
